Personal data processing policy

1. General provisions

This Policy defines how personal data of individuals (the "Users") who use this personal website (the "Website") is processed and protected. The Policy is drawn up in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".

2. What data is processed

Through the contact form, the Operator processes the data the User provides themselves:

  • name (or how the User prefers to be addressed);
  • contact method (Telegram handle, email address, phone number — at the User's choice);
  • the message text.

Additionally, when the Website is visited, depersonalised technical data is processed automatically by the web analytics system (see section 8): cookies, IP address, browser and device data, information about pages visited and referral sources.

3. Purposes of processing

  • handling the User's inquiry and responding to it;
  • analysing traffic and improving the Website (web analytics).

4. Legal grounds

The processing is based on the User's consent to personal data processing (Articles 6 and 9 of Law 152-FZ), given when submitting the contact form, as well as on other grounds provided by the laws of the Russian Federation.

5. How the data is processed

  • data is collected through the form on the Website when the User enters it voluntarily;
  • the submitted inquiry is sent to the Operator's email (the Mail.ru mail service, whose servers are located in the Russian Federation);
  • recording, systematisation, accumulation and storage of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are carried out using databases located in the Russian Federation (Part 5, Article 18 of Law 152-FZ);
  • the Operator does not share personal data with third parties, except in cases provided by the laws of the Russian Federation;
  • the Operator takes reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect the data from unauthorised access, alteration, distribution and destruction.

6. Retention

Personal data is stored until the purpose of processing is achieved (the inquiry is answered and the related correspondence is finished) or until the User withdraws their consent, after which the data is deleted, unless the laws of the Russian Federation provide otherwise.

7. User's rights

The User has the right to:

  • receive information about the processing of their personal data;
  • request that the data be corrected, blocked or deleted;
  • withdraw the consent to personal data processing at any time.

8. Cookies and web analytics

The Website uses cookies and the Yandex.Metrica web analytics system. Yandex.Metrica stores data on servers in the Russian Federation. See the Cookie notice for details. Cookies can be disabled in the browser settings.

9. Changes to this Policy

The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available on this page.
